JocJonJosch is the Anglo-Swiss collective of Jocelyn Marchington, Jonathan Brantschen and Joschi Herczeg. Joschi studied at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, whilst Jonathan and Jocelyn were both at Chelsea College of Art & Design, London. Through performance, sculpture, photography and video our work addresses the fraught relation between the individual and the group, as well as the ways in which oppositions such as success and failure, efficiency and waste, purposiveness and pointlessness, have a tendency to slide into one another when pushed to their logical extremes.
